- RBT (Registered Behavior Technician): Entry-level, hands-on client work delivering ABA therapy.
- Lead RBT: Provides guidance and mentorship to RBTs, assists with training, and supports program implementation across cases.
- Lead Floating RBT: A versatile role that supports multiple teams and locations, filling in as needed to ensure quality services and consistent client care.
- BCaBA (Assistant Behavior Analyst): Supports BCBAs with assessments, supervision, and leadership while developing independent clinical skills.
- Lead BCaBA: Takes on expanded leadership by mentoring BCaBAs, supporting supervision structures, and helping manage clinical quality across teams.
- BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst): Provides clinical leadership, develops programs, supervises staff, and ensures best-practice ABA interventions.
- Lead BCBA: Oversees teams of BCBAs, provides advanced clinical leadership, and plays a key role in program growth and organizational direction.
- Region Lead BCBA: Provides leadership across multiple locations or service regions, ensuring consistency in clinical quality, supporting local leads, and aligning clinical practice with organizational standards.
- Clinical Director: Highest-level clinical leader; responsible for guiding overall clinical strategy, supervising leadership staff, ensuring service quality, and driving innovation and growth across the organization.
